Back by popular demand! We warmly invite you to an enlightening early morning walk, featuring elements of mindfulness and guided meditation, on the 24th of August at Black hall Rocks Beach. We will assemble at our at our meeting point, embarking at 9:00 am on a journey that promises both physical and mental well-being.
Led by qualified mindfulness instructors, this walk is designed to deepen your awareness of the present moment, coupled with physical exercise. The morning will conclude with a soothing guided meditation to instill peace and clarity into your weekend.
Please note that, on this occasion, we kindly ask for no children's toys as they may cause distractions during the mindfulness and meditation segments.
